For cleaning water-based inks, N T S offers a range of detergents for cleaning of the printing unit and anilox. These products enable efficient and rapid cleaning of ink groups.

The cleaner SMATCH-CLEANER CRISTAL does not attack aluminum, does not foam, is used at room temperature and can be coupled with our automatic dosing systems.
The cleaner SMATCH-CLEANER CRISTAL is used for cleaning water based inks.
This product does not pollute the groundwater.
The detergent SMATCH-CLEANER AL 13 is an aqueous concentrated product containing aluminum inhibitors formulated with biodegradable surfactants and effectives decaling agents in all water-based inks. This formula is not classified.

The detergent SMATCH-CLEANER SG is an aqueous concentrated product containing anionic and nonionic biodegradable surfactant and a decaling agent, effective on all water-based inks for general use.
The SMATCH-CLEANER SG is a product intended for flexographic anilox cleaning, printing plates, parts, ink groups, floor etc…
The addition of SMATCH–CLEANER SG in water with a ratio of 1/10 allows effective cleaning. But it is possible to increase this ratio when the anilox is particularly dirty.

The SMATCH-CLEANER 1011 ST is a water based product concentrated and biodegradable. It uses non-ionic surfactants, it is non-foaming and facilitates rinses.
Effective on all types of water-based ink.
Manual cleaning of clichés or automatic machine. Dishwashing high pressure spray. Cleaning of anilox, etc…

The cleaner SMATCH-CLEANER 1012 ST is a water based product, very concentrated, for cleaning water-based inks, UV, PU, non-foaming detergent compatible with aluminum. Its concentration of use minimizes the cost-effectiveness ratio.

The detergent SMATCH-CLEANER 1015 is a water based product, very concentrated, containing biodegradable cleaning agents. It has been specially formulated for declogging anilox, however il can be used for cleaning printing groups and printing plates. It can also work at room temperature.

The Ultrasonic Smatch Cleaner 1056 is a concentrated product of unclogging. It has been formulated for cleaning anilox rolls in ultrasound machines. It is particularly suitable for printers, using water-based inks, solvent based inks, UV inks and adhesives.
Cleaning anilox rolls in ultrasonic machine to unclog anilox cells for all types of inks (water, solvent, UV based etc.…).
The Ultrasonic Smatch Cleaner 1056 product is alkaline, it is recommended not to use equipment containing aluminum.
